Parque Poblado is the middle class version of the nearby Parque Lleras.
At night, Parque Poblado comes alive and you’re likely to find Goths or grungy students hanging out and drinking cheap beer. You’re very unlikely to find ritzy folk drinking silly cocktails.
In short, Parque Poblado is a little friendlier and cheaper than its rich neighbour one block to the east.
