Albenzu has been serving Colombian cuisine for over 126 years.
Albenzu is an old pro when it comes to the familiar line-up of grilled meats and fish.
That said, the old dog has some master modern touches up his sleeve – including serving beans in a tiny dish as an appetizer, almost like tapas – while he’s clearly mastered the art of a quality sangria.
With predominantly wooden surroundings and the occasional appearance by a live band, the atmosphere can become quite merry and it’s not uncommon for things to get our of hand with some impromptu dancing.
